How to send term reports via WhatsApp to parents

To send term reports via WhatsApp to parents, follow these steps:

1. On the navigation bar, select Messaging
​2. Select Notification Configuration.
3. Click on Add Notification​


4. To send the notification via the WhatsApp channel, select Whatsapp.

  1. Under WhatsApp Template, select Term Report Sheet.

  2. Under Select Group Recipient, select All Parents.

  3. Select Instant Message to send the notification as a one-time notification or Repeat to set it as a recurring notification.

  4. Click on Create Notification to activate it.
