SAFSIMS streamlines this process by providing a user-friendly option to send term reports via email. To make use of this feature, simply follow the steps below:


To send term reports via Email to parents, follow these steps:


  1. On the configurations bar, click on “Configurations”.

  2. Click on “Events & Notifications”


  1. Click on Notification Configuration”.

  2. Click on “Add Notification”.


  1. To send the notification via the Email channel, tick the box beside “Email”.

  2. Under Email Template, select “Term Report Sheet”.

  3. Under Select Group Recipient, select “All Parents”.

  4. Select “Instant Message” to send the notification as a one-time notification or “Repeat” to set it as a recurring notification.

  5. Click on “Create Notification” to activate it.
