How to send outstanding fees reminder via WhatsApp to parents

How to Send Outstanding Fees Reminder via WhatsApp to All Parents


Email reminders can be sent via the School Portal as a notification to all defaulting parents on pending fee payments. To do this kindly log in as an Administrator (Fee) and follow the steps below;


  1. On the navigation bar, select Settings.

  2. Select Events & Notifications. 


  1. Select Notification Configuration.

  2. Click on Add Notification.


  1. To send the notification via the WhatsApp channel, select WhatsApp.

  2. Under WhatsApp Template, select Outstanding School Fees Reminder.

  3. Under Select Group Recipient, select All Parents.

  4. Select Instant message to send the notification as a one-time notification or Repeat to set it as a recurring notification.

  5. Click on Create Notification to activate it.
