How to send school fee invoices via Email to parents
How to Send School Fees Invoice via Email to All Parents
School Fee Invoices can be sent via Email on the School Portal as a notification to all parents on pending fee payments. To do this, kindly log in as an Administrator (Fee) and follow the steps below;
On the navigation bar, select Settings.
Select Events & Notifications.
Select Notification Configuration.
Click on Add Notification.
To send the notification via the Email channel, select Email.
Under Email Template, select School Fees Invoice.
Under Select Group Recipient, select All Parents.
Select Instant Message to send the notification as a one-time notification or Repeat to set it as a recurring notification.
Click on Create Notification to activate it.
