How to reset your password as a parent
Please use the URL (Portal address) provided to you by the school, this should bring you to the splash page.
1. Click on the Login button at the top right side of the screen
2. Select on Parents as the user type
3. Click on Next to move to the login page as shown in the image below
4. On the login page, beside the “Forgot your password?” option select the “Click here” link as shown in the image below:
5. On the reset password page, enter your email address in the email field provided
6. Click on the Send resend link as shown in the image below
Note: After clicking on the Send reset link, it doesn’t go beyond there, it throws an error as shown below
