How to download, login and search for your child's school on the parent app



To enhance engagement, the parent app has been specifically designed to assist you. To download the app, please ensure you have an Android phone available and follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Play Store on your device.

  2. Utilize the search bar to search for "SAFSIMS parents".

  3. Tap on the "Install" button to initiate the download and installation process onto your device.


  1. Once the installation is complete, tap on "Open".

  2. On the welcome page, proceed by tapping on "Next" consecutively until you reach the "Finish" option to conclude the installation.

  1. To find your school, enter the first three (3) letters of your school name in the search bar.

  2. Select your school from the available options.

  3. Tap on "Continue".


  1. On the login page, enter your email and password, then click on "Login".
