How to reset parent password
How to reset parents' passwords.
To reset your password for your SAFSIMS account, follow these steps:
Click on "Parent" on the side menu.
Click on the Action button on the parent’s name whose password you wish to reset.
From the dropdown menu, select "Reset Password"
Confirm the action by clicking on the "Next" button.
Select ‘’Create Password’’.
Enter a new password of your choice in the provided space.
Click on the "Reset Password" button to finalize the password reset.
Alternatively, you can choose the "Reset Link" tab instead. Click on "Send Reset Email", and then the parent can check their email for a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
