How to reset the staff password

The school portal gives staff members access to sensitive information, including student records, private documents, and communication tools. It is essential to immediately reset the password if it has been forgotten or if you suspect unauthorized access has occurred to protect this information. To reset the staff password on the school portal, kindly log in as an administrator and follow the steps below;

  1. Click on "Staff" on the left-hand side..

  2. Search for the staff via the search box as shown below. Select the Action option, and click on "Reset Password" from the drop-down menu

  1. A pop-up message highlighting the action about to be taken comes up.  To confirm, click the "Next" button.

Select how you want to reset the user’s password.

  1. To create a password locally, select “Create password” and click on the "Reset Password" button.

  1. Or select the "Reset Link" tab then click the "Send Reset Email" Tab, and a new email will be sent to the staff’s registered email.
