How to create term

Steps on how to create a new term 


Creating a new term typically involves planning and organizing the curriculum, scheduling classes and activities, and establishing policies and procedures for the upcoming academic period.

 

SAFSIMS already has built in 1st, 2nd & 3rd terms; however, if your school would like to use a different unconventional term, you can edit and create more as you wish using the following steps: 

1. Log in as an administrator and click on Configuration

2. Select Sessions and Terms as shown in the image below


 3. Select the  Term Definitions  tab, and 

 4. Click the  Add Term button



   5. Enter the Term Name and  

   6  Term order number

   7. Finally, click on Save to complete the operation as shown below
