How to initialize a term
Initial term means the beginning or starting of a new school term. It is the day when students are expected to attend school after a break or a holiday, and the school year officially begins.
Steps on how to initialize a term
1. Click on Configuration on the left panel
2. Select Session and term
3. Select Session
4. Click on Configure
5. Select the Term start date, Term end date, and Next term end date to set the term information.
6. Click the Next button to continue
7. Select the class Arms for each level. If your school doesn't make use of arms, select the empty checkbox
8. Click the Next button to continue
9. From the dropdown, assign the level to the assessment format.
10. Click the Next button to continue
11. From the dropdown, Assign Psychomotor, Affective, Sport, and Affective trait to levels
12. Click the Next button to continue
13. Select Skills rating and Assign levels and Sport
14. Click on the Initialize button to complete the process as shown in the image below.
