How to create subjects


SAFSIMS already has a list of subjects on the portal's subject profile; however, subjects not captured on this list can be created by schools.

To create and add these subjects, please log in as an administrator and follow the instructions below: 


  1. Click on the Settings button.

  2. Click on the "Subjects" button in the right pane of the page, which takes you to the subject page to edit already existing subjects or to create a new subject. 




  1. To create a new subject, click on the Add Subject button.





   4.  Fill out the Form, please note that the fields labeled with asterisks are compulsory. Click the Save button  to save the entry
