How to create a class invoice
An invoice is a document that itemizes all the items a parent is supposed to pay for. To create your class invoice, follow the steps below
Click on Configuration from the bottom left
Select Fees Configuration from the right pane.
Click on Create Class Invoice, you may also use the Create Class Invoice button on your top right

Confirm the session and term to which the invoice is to be created, select an Item using the drop-down arrow (add all other items using the Add Item button), and fill in the information as seen below.
You may delete an item using the delete icon(Note: deleting can only be done from the bottom)
Select the Class Level to which the invoice applies.
Click on Save and Apply. Repeat this process for all the levels
