How to add items to the list
To create a school fees invoice for a class level, you first need to create a list of items parents need to pay for. An itemized invoice encourages transparency between the school and parents. In this article, we will show you how to create the items that make up the list in your school’s invoice.
To add an item to the list, follow these steps:
Click on the "Configurations" option located at the bottom left of the portal.
On the right side of the portal, click on "Fees Configuration."

Click on the “Item List” tab
Click on the “Add Item” button.

After entering your item and the description, click on the “Save” button.
