Having a clear view of school fees payment helps parents plan their finances better. As a parent, you can keep track of paid amounts, outstanding balances, and associated discounts. These can be viewed on a payment invoice. In this article, we will show you how to view your invoice history on the SAFSIMS parent app.
To check your invoice history, follow these steps:
Open your SAFSIMS parent app, and enter your “registered email address and password”.
Tap the “Login” button.
Tap the “drop-down button” beside “Dashboard”.
Select “Invoice history” from the sidebar menu.
To view all your payment invoices, “tap” the box beside “Show All” to tick it.
To view a particular session's invoice, click on the “drop-down button” beside the current session displaying to select another session.
Tap on the “Expand” button to view more details.
