1. Click on "Settings"
2. Select "Skills"
3. Select the Rating tab
4. Click on the "Add Rating" button
5. Fill in the rating group name, grade, remark, and select a grading color. Click on Add Another to add the rest of the grades.
6. Click on the "Save" button.
