How to take class attendance

How to take class attendance

Follow the steps below:


1. Click on Classes.

2.  Click on the Action button.

3. Select View Class.


4. Click on Attendance

5. Leave the use morning & afternoon attendance button default to take only morning attendance or toggle to the right to take both morning and afternoon attendance. 

6. Please select the date the attendance is to be taken.

7. Uncheck student(s) that are absent from the class using the Morning (Present/Absent) or Afternoon (Present/Absent) column, you can also check the student(s) that are late using the Late column.

8. Click on Save.

9. The Attendance status color will change from Red to Green.
