How to take class attendance
How to take class attendance
Follow the steps below:
1. Select “Classes”
2. Click the “Action button” on the class you wish to rate (use the search box if the class is not in the display).
3. Select “View Class”

4. Click on Attendance.
Attendance can be taken daily or termly
Taking daily attendance
5. Check/ Uncheck the box to indicate that the student is Present, Absent, or Late. For an absentee, comments on the reasons why can be stated.
6. Click on the “Save” option
7. To take attendance from previous dates, click on the calendar option

Taking Termly Attendance
Attendance can be taken at the end of the term by entering the total number of days present/absent for each student per term.
