THow to make payment for a child
In this article, we will show you how to view the breakdown of your child’s fees detailing what you need to pay for. You will also be able to proceed to pay for them online.
To make payment for a child, please log in as a parent and follow these steps:
1. Click on “School Fees”.
2. Click on the “dropdown icon” to view a breakdown of all fees.
3. To view a detailed fee breakdown including discounts, click on the “View Invoice button” beside the child’s name.
4. Click on the “+ button” to add the number of optional items
5. Click on the “Add” button to include an optional item to the term fee.
6. Select a “Payment Gateway” (Paystack or Flutterwave)
7. Click “Make Payment”.
8. Click “Yes, Proceed”.
9. On the payment modal, select your preferred “Payment Method” (e.g. card, bank transfer, etc.) and follow all payment prompts.
10. A “confirmation email” will be sent from either Paystack or Flutter Wave (depending on the payment gateway used). You will also receive another confirmation email from SAFSIMS.
