How to activate/deactivate a parent.

To achieve a parent’s information instead of deleting it from the portal, follow these steps

1. Click on "Parent" on the side menu.

2. Click on the Action button on the parent’s name whom you wish to activate/deactivate.

3. From the dropdown menu, select "View Profile’’

4. On the profile page, toggle the Active button to the left to deactivate or to the right to make active
