SAFSIMS provides a comprehensive management system that helps you efficiently streamline operations and reduce costs within your school organization.


SAFSIMS is an easy-to-use school information system designed for schools and used by staff, parents, and students.


With SAFSIMS, you can perform various tasks, but not limited to:


  • Grade and track students' academic performance 

  • Collect fee payments and track revenue generation 

  • Generate term and cumulative results. 

  • Send SMS/Email messages to parents, staff, and students 

  • Send end-of-term report sheet results to parents through WhatsApp/Email 

  • Send notification to parents for outstanding school fees reminder, school fees invoice, etc., through WhatsApp/Email

  • Conduct computer-based tests (CBT) 

  • Lesson plan
